Sourcing questions
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product and the supplier. Tell us your volume and we'll say whether it works, or suggest a way to make it work.
Can you inspect goods before they ship?
Yes. Pre-shipment inspection can be written into the order, so you see a report and photos before the balance is paid.
Do you handle customs?
We coordinate customs brokers at both ends and prepare the commercial paperwork. Duties and taxes depend on the goods, the origin and the shipping term you choose.
Do you only source physical products?
No. We also source specialist service teams, such as engineering, software, design and logistics partners in other markets.
